2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• For Employers: Recruitment, candidate screening, and placement services to assist in filling job vacancies within the hospitality industry.
• For Job Seekers: Job matching, career advice, and resume submission services to help find suitable employment opportunities in the hospitality sector.

3. Client Obligations

As an employer (client), you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about job vacancies, including job descriptions, requirements, and compensation.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to job specifications or requirements.
• Cooperate with us in the recruitment process and respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, including those related to non-discrimination and equal opportunity.

4. Candidate Obligations

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your job application, resume, and any other documents.
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your employment status or contact details.
• Cooperate with the recruitment process and respond to communications in a timely manner.
• Notify us if you accept a job offer or if your job search status changes.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We will handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will not disclose personal or business information without your consent, except as required by law or to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, NX Recruitment Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to job placements, the accuracy of job listings, and interactions between employers and candidates.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. 

8. Payment Terms

• For Employers: Fees for our recruitment services will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Payment terms, including invoicing and deadlines, will be specified in that agreement.
• For Candidates: Our recruitment services are generally free for job seekers. Any additional services that require a fee will be communicated clearly and agreed upon in advance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of our services at any time. Upon termination, any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled. We reserve the right to terminate services if these Terms are breached or if unlawful conduct is detected.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
